Vicky's team members have been with the company for years. Our employees are permanent members of the team and we do not hire one time only personnel. We teach and train all team members to meet our highest professional and ethical standards so they may deliver the best cleaning experience possible.
Mutual respect policy
We have a mutual respect policy in place. Treat others the way you want to be treated. We ask that our clients treat Vicky's Home Services team members with the same respect you would expect from us. This sets the foundation for a great working relationship.
If additional services are needed during your scheduled cleaning appointment, please contact Vicky's before asking any one of our team members to perform the additional work. Our employees are specifically trained to decline additional work unless instructed otherwise by Vicky's management.
Our client are our number one priority
We consider all our clients to be VIP. As such, we strive to ensure they are happy with our service. To this end, we try to accommodate each client with the cleaning crew they are happy with. Don't like the fist team we send you?, not a problem, we'll send someone else on your next visit. We get it, sometimes we just need a different type of attention. We may ask you for a reason so we may further educate our employees.
Having your home cleaned is not just about the service. We sincerely hope to make your experience with us, truly exceptional. Remember, if you're not happy for any reason, let us know. We will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
